BETHESDA, MD – APR Lawn Care and Landscaping, Inc. announced today that it will change its company name to “Rasevic Landscape Company” as of January 1, 2005. The name change will help align the family of Rasevic companies, which includes landscaping and construction companies.

“The name change better positions the Rasevic family of companies as an integrated provider of high-end home improvement services with a firm commitment to quality, efficiency, responsibility and customer satisfaction,” said president Mark Rasevic.

Rasevic Landscape Company provides a variety of quality services, encompassing all aspects of garden design, installation, and maintenance. New garden creation includes detail-oriented design services complemented by complete hardscape and softscape installation: new plantings and lawns, patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, drainage systems, custom wood work and landscape lighting along with any requisite site work. Garden maintenance services include total, year-round care for ornamental plantings and turf.

In 1990, Mark Rasevic formed Rasevic Construction Company, and three years later he expanded the company and started the landscaping arm of the business. The landscape business has grown dramatically for a locally owned family business and in 2002 it cleared $1 million in revenue. The standard of work that Mark Rasevic stands for, delivery on time & within budget, and satisfaction beyond expectation are what continue to drive the growth of all the Rasevic companies.
